Psychological drama Gone is coming to UK screens, says ITV
ITV has unveiled an intriguing new psychological thriller. Entitled Gone, the six-episode drama will feature Eve Myles and David Morrissey. Miles plays a police detective investigating a local school headmaster, who is a suspect in his wife’s disappearance.
New version of Inspector Lynley mysteries to debut in 2026
The affluent inspector and his working-class sergeant return in January on BBC One, after debuting on BritBox earlier this year. The new adaptation of the Inspector Lynley novel series features Leo Suter in the title role and Sofia Barclay as Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers.
Winter news heats up at ITV
ITV has commissioned a six-part police procedural, Winter, featuring a forensic pathologist played by Richard Armitage whose brilliant, unconventional approach helps the police solve complex murder cases. He’s assisted by DI Lauren Bell, played by Annabel Scholey, a meticulous, no-nonsense detective. The new drama seems based on the successful French series, Balthazar.
